Pre-production paperwork



  

These are our storyboards for our short film. A storyboard is used to organize ideas in the form of illustrations in order of sequence so that you can visualize the way the motion picture will look and flow from one cut to the next.











These are our photos for our recce. A recce is used to assess the suitability for shooting in each location.








These are our recce forms that include information about the locations we have chosen and their accessibility.




This is our budget sheet, it is used to assess what the budget is being spent on and is a way of keeping a record of this.







This is our risk assessment. A risk assessment is carried out to ensure that each possible risk has been identified and given a way to avoid them from happening.




Here is our location release form. This has to be carried out to grant permission for filming to take place at each location.





Here is our talent release form. This is used to grant permission for the people filming to film the person and provides necessary information such as address and age of the person.



This is our production schedule. This is used to plan out time effectively by clearly outlining what will happen on each day of filming.


 



This is our shot list. A shot list is used to identify what each shot will be of including the type of shot, the movement and the sound and music in each shot.
